Why doesn't the small mixer turn? The general situation is:

一、檢查一下液壓油是否漏光了(管子壞了換管子，密封件壞了換密封件)!

1、 Check whether the hydraulic oil leaks out (replace the pipe if the pipe is broken, and replace the seal if the seal is broken)!

二、檢查一下散熱器風扇在轉沒有，液壓油乳化變白沒有，液壓油溫度超過90度，液壓系統就沒有壓力，罐子就不轉了!(這種情況不要著急，用水冷卻一下液壓泵，液壓馬達，液壓油溫度下來，罐子就可以轉動了。把料放出來，趕緊修理散熱器或更換液壓油!)

2、 Check whether the radiator fan is running, whether the hydraulic oil is emulsified and white, and if the hydraulic oil temperature exceeds 90 degrees, there will be no pressure in the hydraulic system and the tank will not run! (in this case, don't worry. Use water to cool the hydraulic pump, hydraulic motor and hydraulic oil. When the temperature of the hydraulic oil comes down, the tank can rotate. Release the material and repair the radiator or replace the hydraulic oil quickly!)

三、運輸途中沒有注意，罐子停了!混凝土塌住了，罐子翻不過去!(感覺有壓力能轉一點就可能是這種情況)

3、 I didn't pay attention during the transportation. The jar stopped! The concrete collapsed and the jar couldn't turn over! (this may be the case if you feel pressure and can turn a little)

四、發動機故障(不可能哦，轟隆隆響起在!!)

4、 Engine failure (impossible, rumbling!!)

五、傳動軸十字節損壞，斷了(a斷了立即更換一根傳動軸;b傳動軸好的);

5、 If the transmission shaft of a cross shaft is broken, replace it immediately;

六、液壓泵損壞了(情況復雜一點，內瀉嚴重，其他損壞);

6、 The hydraulic pump is damaged (the situation is a little complicated, the internal leakage is serious, and other damage);

以上六種情況出現，且混凝土沒有凝結，液壓馬達、減速機沒有故障，可以使用應急裝置，用另一輛攪拌車的液壓泵帶動液壓馬達轉動罐子，將混凝土放出，再檢修!

If the above six situations occur, and the concrete does not set, and the hydraulic motor and reducer do not fail, you can use the emergency device, use the hydraulic pump of another mixer to drive the hydraulic motor to rotate the tank, discharge the concrete, and then repair!

七、液壓馬達損壞了!

8、 The reducer is broken!!

這兩種情況出現，不能使用應急裝置!可以將罐體上的檢查蓋打開將混凝土放出。

In these two cases, the emergency device cannot be used! The inspection cover on the tank can be opened to discharge the concrete.

對不起，檢查蓋在罐體上方怎么辦?可以用塔機、卷揚機將罐體檢查蓋旋轉到下方，將混凝土放出;

Sorry, what if the inspection cover is above the can body? The tower crane and winch can be used to rotate the tank inspection cover to the bottom to release the concrete;

對不起，罐子卡住了旋轉不動怎么辦?可以在罐體側下方用氣割開一個50厘米見方的孔(注意避開罐里的螺旋葉片，割下的罐壁一定保留，修復起來迅速、方便而且美觀)，將混凝土放出。

Sorry, the jar is stuck. What if it doesn't rotate? A 50 cm square hole can be cut with gas under the side of the tank (pay attention to avoid the spiral blade in the tank, the cut tank wall must be retained, and the repair is fast, convenient and beautiful), and the concrete can be discharged.

堅持一個原則，不要讓混凝土凝結在罐子里，清理凝固在攪拌罐里的混凝土是又費時間、又費錢的事!混凝土放出來，你可以從容處理攪拌車的故障!!

Adhere to a principle, do not let the concrete set in the jar. Cleaning up the concrete set in the mixing jar is a time-consuming and expensive thing! When the concrete is released, you can calmly deal with the failure of the mixer truck!!
