4、如不成則應考量是油嘴不霧化，油泵柱塞彈簧和彈簧座破裂，卡住不運行，或者柴油內有水。拆下來油嘴總成查驗開啟壓力和霧化，假如油嘴總成是正常的，可讓客戶用潔凈柴油裝進壺中用油路旁接法開展實驗。若再有斷火狀況應考量是發動機狀況。
4. If not, it should be considered that the nozzle is not atomized, the plunger spring and spring seat of the oil pump are broken, stuck, or there is water in the diesel. Remove the nozzle assembly to check the opening pressure and atomization. If the nozzle assembly is normal, the customer can load clean diesel into the pot and carry out the experiment with the oil bypass method. If there is any more interruption, the engine condition should be considered.
5、拆下來噴油器總成，旋轉曲軸數圈，即有水噴出來，表明缸蓋，缸體有裂痕或沙孔，碰到這類狀況時，可向客戶表述或向柴油發動機公司反應。歸屬于發動機狀況就不作敘述。
