一、液壓系統或發動機發生故障；

(2) Remove the high-pressure rubber hose from the motor of the faulty vehicle, connect the high-pressure rubber hose for rescue, connect the other end to the oil pump of the rescue vehicle, connect one end of the emergency oil return pipe to the motor oil drain port of the faulty vehicle, and connect the other end of the oil return pipe to the oil return port of the oil pump of the rescue vehicle. 處理則較簡單，可把救援車的馬達卸下裝在故障車上，再將各個油管接好，啟動救援車即可將拌筒內的砼排出。對于小型攪拌車而言，發生故障時應及時判斷發生故障的原因，采取有效的措施將拌筒內的砼排出后再解決故障。
