1、新車開始使用前，首先檢查和清除液壓系統各處的灰塵和雜物，并檢查各處連接是否正確和有無其它問題。
1. Before the new car is used, first check and remove the dust and sundries in the hydraulic system, and check whether the connections are correct and whether there are other problems.
2、油箱中裝液壓油到油標刻度線以上，泵殼和馬達殼內也要充油。
2. The oil tank shall be filled with hydraulic oil above the oil scale mark, and the pump housing and motor housing shall also be filled with oil.
3、啟動發動機，操縱伺服手柄使小型攪拌車拌筒在低速下正轉，觀察液壓系統是否正常工作。
3. Start the engine, operate the servo handle to make the mixing drum of the small mixing truck rotate forward at low speed, and observe whether the hydraulic system works normally.
4、注意散熱器上的風扇在50℃-70℃范圍內應是運轉狀態，風扇發生故障不運轉時，應及時修理。

5、補油泵溢流閥、低壓溢流閥、高壓溢流閥壓力出廠時已調定，不得隨意改動。

6、小型攪拌車油路中各部件及管路不得有漏油現象，如發生滲漏，應及時修理。
