進出料裝置由進料斗、出料斗、主卸料槽、副卸料槽、支架、鎖緊架等組成，是攪拌車的重要組成部分，直接影響到進出料的速度和質量。

操縱系統

小型攪拌車的操作系統由控制器、聯動軸、軟軸及連桿機構組成，主要控制攪拌筒的轉速及旋轉方向。攪拌車后部兩側各布置一套控制器，左右控制器可以實現聯動，控制器上只有一根操縱桿，接出端分別通過連桿機構連接到變量泵上。
