1. Fill the fuel in time

混凝土自動上料攪拌車作業的過程中，操作人員要隨時關注燃油量。當燃油表顯示的燃油量接近“0”位時，一定要及時加注燃油。切忌等燃油用盡之后才添加，這樣做的后果不僅僅是造成柴油機無油后熄火，重要的是會導致空氣進入燃油系統。一旦燃油系統中進入了空氣，不僅浪費了燃油，而且排出去比較麻煩。

During the operation of automatic concrete loading mixer, the operator shall pay attention to the fuel quantity at any time. When the fuel quantity displayed on the fuel gauge is close to the "0" position, be sure to fill the fuel in time. Do not wait until the fuel is exhausted before adding it. This will not only cause the diesel engine to stall after there is no fuel, but also lead to air entering the fuel system. Once air enters the fuel system, it not only wastes fuel, but also makes it troublesome to discharge it.

我們都知道，有時候自上料攪拌車的工作環境比較特殊，這樣就很容易導致燃油系統堵塞，一旦燃油系統堵塞，就會影響機器的正常運轉。所以要及時檢查確保燃油管道的通暢。

Once the fuel system is blocked, it will affect the normal operation of the machine. Therefore, timely check to ensure that the fuel pipeline is unobstructed.

3、注意檢查燃油系統密封性

自上料攪拌車作業的時候，如果發現排氣管冒黑煙，或是發動機出現啟動困難的狀況，有可能是因為漏氣，所以要注意檢查燃油系統的密封性。

During the operation of the loading mixer, if black smoke is found from the exhaust pipe or the engine is difficult to start, it may be due to air leakage, so pay attention to check the tightness of the fuel system.

燃油系統的故障有大約50%是因為燃油不潔所造成，對于汽油機而言，絕大多數是因為燃油中混入水分，汽油中的水分還會腐蝕和破壞燃油供油系統元件。

About 50% of the faults of the fuel system are caused by unclean fuel. For gasoline engines, most of them are due to water mixed in the fuel, which will also corrode and damage the components of the fuel supply system.

5、燃油選擇很關鍵

建議選擇適合自上料攪拌車的高品質燃油，質量較差的燃油過濾不良，油泥、雜質、水分，長期積累，沉淀下來，容易堵塞油泵濾網，油管及噴油嘴。

It is recommended to select high-quality fuel suitable for self loading mixer truck. Poor quality fuel has poor filtration, sludge, impurities and moisture, which accumulate and precipitate for a long time, and is easy to block the oil pump filter screen, oil pipe and fuel nozzle.

混凝土自動上料攪拌車這類卡車上都裝置圓筒型的攪拌筒以運載混合后的混凝土。在運輸過程中會始終保持攪拌筒轉動，以保證所運載的混凝土不會凝固。運送完混凝土后，通常都會用水沖洗攪拌筒內部， 防止硬化的混凝土占用空間。
