液壓驅動系統：液壓系統是攪拌車的核心系統，為保障攪拌車能正常工作，需要在每次自上料攪拌車發動前檢查油路散熱器和減速機的液壓油位，保障油位指示在視窗范圍內，同時要保障其清潔性，以免塵粒和水分等污染系統液壓油，造成系統不能正常工作或損壞。

塑料攪拌車的使用注意事項：

（1）液壓系統壓力應符合使用說明書中的規定，不得隨意調整，液壓油的油質和油量應符合原定要求。

（2）自上料攪拌車裝料前，應先排凈拌筒內殘存的積水和雜物，在運輸過程中要不停地轉動，以防混凝土離析。攪拌車到達工地和卸料之前，應先使拌筒全速以14—18轉/分轉動1—2分鐘，然后再進行反轉卸料，反轉之前，應使攪拌筒停穩不轉。

Before the mixer truck arrives at the construction site and unloading, first rotate the mixing drum at full speed at 14-18 rpm for 1-2 minutes, and then reverse unloading.
