出車前檢查、發現問題并排除故障，攪拌車怕在路上罐子不轉，混凝土一般停罐不能超過2個小時，C40以上級別的混凝土在路上罐子就不能停。車子啟動后，先讓罐子低速旋轉，圍繞車檢查輪胎胎面、胎壓等，檢查是否有石子、鐵釘之類扎在胎里，及時清理干凈。

螺栓巡檢，包括減速機與罐體連接螺栓、減速機底座固定螺栓、連接件螺栓以及U型螺栓等，在日常運行中一定要做到定期保養，新車出廠前檢查是否松動，初次復緊周期為使用前七天，后續每月檢查緊固一次，做到防患于未然。

 潤滑油更換，包括減速機齒輪油、液壓系統中的液壓油、發動機機油等，一旦缺少就會對相關部件造成磨損，影響車子的整體性能。建議初次工作100小時更換，以后每1000小時更換一次（每年至少更換1次 ）。
Lubricating oil replacement, including gear oil of reducer, hydraulic oil in hydraulic system, engine oil, etc., will cause wear to relevant parts and affect the overall performance of the car.   散熱器濾芯更換，散熱器就等同于車子的呼吸系統，一旦“呼吸”不暢通，就會造成發動機過熱從而引發爆缸等問題，所以日常工作中一定要定期檢查，更換濾芯，可以和液壓系統保養同時更換，真空表指針位于紅色區域時更換濾芯，每年至少要更換一次。

 加注黃油，傳動軸、滾道、拖輪、主槽轉軸、操縱桿等部件要保證每月加注一次黃油，減少關鍵部件磨損，從而延長使用壽命。
