2、混凝土攪拌機在露天停放時，裝料前應將攪拌筒反轉，將積水和雜物排出，以保證混凝土的質量。

3、在運輸混凝土時，要保證斜料槽放置牢固，防止因松動造成擺動，在行進中打傷行人或影響其它車輛正常運行，同時要注意避免混凝土溢出污染地面。

4、混凝土攪拌機運送混凝土的時間不能超過攪拌站規定的時間。運送混凝土途中，攪拌筒不得長時間停轉，以防混凝土產生離析現象。司機應時常觀察混凝土情況，發現異常及時通報主控室，申請做出處理。

5、車內裝有混凝土時，在現場停滯時間不得超過1小時，如超時應立刻要求現場負責人給予及時處理。

6、混凝土攪拌機運送非泵送料時，從混凝土入罐到排出，氣溫高時不得超過2小時，超過2小時必須排出。陰雨天氣溫度低時，不得超過2.5小時。

7、在排出混凝土之前，應使攪拌筒在10-12轉/分的轉速下轉動1分鐘，再進行排料。

8、混凝土攪拌機出料結束，應立即用隨車的軟管放水將進料口、出料斗及出料溜槽等部位沖洗干凈排去粘結在車身各處的污物及殘留混凝土，保持車輛衛生。
