一、空氣濾清器的清理要有序：

1、 Clean the air filter in order:

1. 自拌混凝土攪拌車，取下濾芯，用干凈的布或者是橡皮塞堵住濾芯兩端，用軟毛刷沿著遮縫方向刷去濾芯表面的灰塵，敲打濾芯端面，是灰塵脫落。也可使用壓縮空氣從濾芯由內向外吹氣，吹去粘附在濾芯表面的灰塵，清理時禁止使用液體清洗，以防止濾芯粘附灰塵，造成堵塞。

1. For the self mixing concrete mixer, remove the filter element, block both ends of the filter element with a clean cloth or rubber stopper, brush the dust on the surface of the filter element along the seam covering direction with a soft brush, and knock the end face of the filter element to prevent the dust from falling off. Compressed air can also be used to blow from the inside to the outside of the filter element to remove the dust adhered to the surface of the filter element. Liquid cleaning is prohibited during cleaning, so as to prevent the filter element from adhering to dust and causing blockage.

2. 自拌混凝土攪拌車，檢查主濾芯是否有破損，上下端面是否翹曲不平；檢查主濾芯橡膠密封圈是否破損；檢查主濾芯內側是否有灰塵，如果有上述任一問題，就需要更換主濾芯。

2. For the self mixing concrete mixer, check whether the main filter element is damaged and whether the upper and lower end faces are warped and uneven; Check whether the rubber sealing ring of the main filter element is damaged; Check whether there is dust inside the main filter element. If there is any of the above problems, replace the main filter element.

3. 自拌混凝土攪拌車，使用強光手電筒檢查濾芯是否破損，檢查時不要拆下安全濾芯，若安全濾芯有破損應立即更換，在清理濾芯殼體的過程中，要使用干凈抹布將殼體內壁擦拭干凈，并檢查排塵閥是否正常排塵。

3. For the self mixing concrete mixer, use a strong light flashlight to check whether the filter element is damaged. During the inspection, do not remove the safety filter element. If the safety filter element is damaged, replace it immediately. During the cleaning of the filter element shell, wipe the inner wall of the shell with a clean rag, and check whether the dust discharge valve discharges dust normally.

二、空氣濾清器也不能清理太過頻繁

假如空氣濾清器清理太過頻繁，那么濾芯的過濾能力就得不到充分的額發揮，這樣不僅使得進入發動機的灰塵數量增多，造成發動機異常磨損，還會造成濾芯的早期損壞。自拌混凝土攪拌車，濾芯在每次清理后，其容灰的能力就會降低20%-40%，隨著清理次數的增加，濾芯的容灰量就會逐漸降低，當濾芯清理5次以后，容灰量就基本沒有了，此時就必須更換空濾了。

If the air filter is cleaned too frequently, the filtering capacity of the filter element will not be brought into full play, which will not only increase the amount of dust entering the engine, cause abnormal wear of the engine, but also cause early damage to the filter element. For the self mixing concrete mixer, the ash holding capacity of the filter element will be reduced by 20% - 40% after each cleaning. With the increase of cleaning times, the ash holding capacity of the filter element will be gradually reduced. After the filter element is cleaned for 5 times, the ash holding capacity will basically disappear. At this time, the air filter must be replaced.
