混凝土攪拌運輸車由汽車底盤和混凝土攪拌運輸專用裝置組成。我國生產的混凝土攪拌運輸車的底盤多采用整車生產廠家提供的二類通用底盤。其專用機構主要包括取力器、攪拌筒前后支架、減速機、液壓系統、攪拌筒、操縱機構、清洗系統等。工作原理是,通過取力裝置將汽車底盤的動力取出,并驅動液壓系統的變量泵,把機械能轉化為液壓能傳給定量馬達,馬達再驅動減速機,由減速機驅動攪拌裝置,對混凝土進行攪拌。

國產混凝土攪拌運輸車采用主車發動機取力方式。取力裝置的作用是通過操縱取力開關將發動機動力取出,經液壓系統驅動攪拌筒,攪拌筒在進料和運輸過程中正向旋轉,以利于進料和對混凝土進行攪拌,在出料時反向旋轉,在工作終結后切斷與發動機的動力聯接。
The domestic concrete mixer truck adopts the power take-off mode of main vehicle engine. The function of the power take-off device is to take out the power of the engine by operating the power take-off switch and drive the mixing drum through the hydraulic system. 將經取力器取出的發動機動力,轉化為液壓能(排量和壓力),再經馬達輸出為機械能(轉速和扭矩),為攪拌筒轉動提供動力。

減速機

將液壓系統中馬達輸出的轉速減速后,傳給攪拌筒。

操縱機構

(1)控制攪拌筒旋轉方向,使之在進料和運輸過程中正向旋轉,出料時反向旋轉。

攪拌裝置主要由攪拌筒及其輔助支撐部件組成。攪拌筒是混凝土的裝載容器,轉動時混凝土沿葉片的螺旋方向運動,在不斷的提升和翻動過程中受到混合和攪拌。在進料及運輸過程中,攪拌筒正轉,混凝土沿葉片向里運動,出料時,攪拌筒反轉,混凝土沿著葉片向外卸出。

全封閉裝置
Totally enclosed device
全封閉裝置采用回轉密封技術,密封了攪拌車的進出料口,解決了傳統攪拌車水份蒸發、砂漿分層、砼料撒落、行車安全等系列問題。
The fully enclosed device adopts rotary sealing technology to seal the inlet and outlet of the mixer truck, and solves a series of problems such as water evaporation, mortar stratification, concrete scattering and driving safety of the traditional mixer truck.
維修保養
Maintenance
混凝土攪拌運輸車作為運輸用汽車,在維護和修理方面必須遵照交通部1990年13號令的規定,執行“定期檢測、強制維護、視情修理”的維護和修理制度。在這個大前提下,再結合混凝土攪拌運輸車的實際情況,做好維護和修理。在日常維護方面,混凝土攪拌運輸車除應按常規對汽車發動機、底盤等部位進行維護外,還必須做好以下維護工作。
