減水劑是一種在維持混凝土坍落度不變的條件下，能減少拌合用水量的混凝土外加劑，隨車攜帶，能對混凝土進行很好的調節。不過在加入減水劑的時候，一定要記得有商砼站化驗室的人在場，否則混凝土質量強度不夠，后果會很嚴重。

It can be carried with the car and can adjust the concrete well. 二.回站檢查儲水罐內的水量

每次出車卸完料回到站內的時候，檢查儲水罐內的水量，讓水罐中的水隨時處于滿罐的狀態，以備不時之需。

三.離站前檢查混凝土質量

可能會因為原料的不同，每一車混凝土質量都會有變化。在裝好混凝土離場時，一定要檢查罐內混凝土的塌落度以及和易度，小心混凝土的提前凝結和混凝土離析沉淀。

四.盡量減少車輛行駛的時間

混凝土運輸距離一般在半徑20公里范圍以內，出車之前規劃好行車路線以及車輛性能情況，盡量減少車輛在路上的行駛時間。

五.特殊情況為了減少損失先卸料

如果遇人為或不可抗因素，導致長時間無法卸料的情況，應隨時查看罐內混凝土情況，一旦發現混凝土開始凝結。應立刻進行卸料，以防整個罐體凝罐報廢。
