1.筒體與托輪接觸應良好，不應跑偏、竄動和嚴重變形。

2.攪拌筒機架緩沖件不應有裂紋或損傷；攪拌筒內葉片、進料斗、主輔卸料槽不應嚴重磨損和變形。

2. There should be no cracks or damages on the buffer parts of the mixing drum frame; the blades, feeding hopper and main and auxiliary discharge grooves in the mixing drum should not be seriously worn and deformed.

3.攪拌筒、進料斗和主輔卸料槽不應有明顯的混凝土積塊。

四、液壓系統檢查規定：

1.取力器工作時，應結合平穩，壓力應達到設計的額定要求，不應滲漏。

2.液壓系統零部件應齊全完好，系統工作壓力應符合說明書要求。

3.液壓油型號、油質、油量及使用應符合有關規定；散熱泵工作時油溫不應超過80℃；管路連接應可靠；不應銹蝕、變形、老化、破損、滲油。

3. The model, quality, quantity and use of hydraulic oil shall comply with relevant regulations; the oil temperature of heat dissipation pump shall not exceed 80 ℃; pipeline connection shall be reliable; corrosion, deformation, aging, damage and oil leakage shall not be allowed.
