1、 Before operation, check whether the rotation of the mixer is good, the safety device and protection device should be firm and reliable, and the operation is flexible.

二、混凝土攪拌機啟動后先經空機運轉，檢查攪拌葉選裝方向是否正確，先加水后加料進行攪拌操作。

2、 After the concrete mixer is started, it will run through the empty machine, check whether the direction of mixing blade is correct, add water first and then add material for mixing operation.

三、攪拌機運轉中不得用手或木棒等伸進攪拌機罐內或在攪拌罐口清理灰、漿。

3、 During the operation of the mixer, it is not allowed to put hands or sticks into the mixer tank or clean the ash and slurry at the mixing tank mouth.

四、操作中，應觀察機械運轉情況，當有異?；蜉S承溫升過高等現象時，應停機檢查；操作中如發生故障不能運轉需檢修時，應先切斷電源，將攪拌罐內灰、漿倒出，進行檢修，排除故障。不得用工具撬動等危險方法，強行機械運轉。

4、 During operation, observe the operation of the machine. In case of abnormal or high bearing temperature rise, the machine shall be shut down for inspection; in case of failure during operation and maintenance is required, the power supply shall be cut off first, and the ash and slurry in the mixing tank shall be poured out for maintenance and troubleshooting. Do not use tools to pry and other dangerous methods to force mechanical operation.

五、攪拌機的攪拌葉片與攪拌料罐低及側壁的間隙，應經常檢查并確認符合規定，當間隙超過標準時，應及時調整。當攪拌葉片磨損超過標準時，應及時修補或更換。

5、 The clearance between the mixing blade of the mixer, the lower part of the mixing tank and the side wall shall be checked and confirmed to meet the requirements. When the clearance exceeds the standard, it shall be adjusted in time. When the mixing blade wear exceeds the standard, it should be repaired or replaced in time.

六、作業完畢，做好混凝土攪拌機內外的清洗和攪拌機周圍清理工作，切斷電源，攪拌機開關打閉鎖，掛停電牌；檢修攪拌機時，開關掛“正在檢修，禁止送電”牌，并派專人監視。

6、 After the operation, clean the inside and outside of the concrete mixer and clean up the surrounding area of the mixer. Cut off the power supply, lock the mixer switch and hang the power-off sign. When repairing the mixer, the switch should be hung with the sign of "under maintenance, no power transmission", and special personnel should be assigned to monitor it.

七、攪拌機的停放位置應選擇平整堅實的場地，攪拌機安裝平穩牢固。

7、 The parking position of the mixer shall be flat and solid, and the mixer shall be installed stably and firmly.

八、攪拌機操作中邊加料邊加水，不能加入料后再啟動，投料不準超過額定容量。加料時，工具不能碰撞攪拌機，更不能在運轉中把工具伸進攪拌機內扒料。

8、 During the operation of the mixer, water should be added at the same time. It is not allowed to start the mixer after adding material. The feeding should not exceed the rated capacity. When feeding, the tools shall not collide with the mixer, and the tools shall not be extended into the mixer to pick up materials during operation.

九、攪拌機的料斗內不能進入雜物，清除雜物時必須停機進行。

9、 The hopper of the mixer can't be filled with sundries, and the machine must be shut down to remove the impurities.

十、工作完畢要將攪拌機清洗干凈，轉動部分注潤滑油，清理時不得使電機及電器受潮。

10、 After work, the mixer shall be cleaned, and the rotating part shall be filled with lubricating oil, and the motor and electrical appliances shall not be affected by moisture during cleaning.
