The soft and reasonable operation mode of self loading concrete mixer can be summarized as: one light, two stable, three leave, four frequently, five coordination, six prohibition.

一輕：在自上料式混凝土攪拌車工作時腳后跟緊抵駕駛室路面，腳底板和油門維持持平，輕緩地下壓給油腳踏板。

One light: when the self loading concrete mixer works, the heel of the truck is close to the driver's cab road surface, the sole plate and the accelerator are kept flat, and the oil pedal is gently pressed down.

二穩：自上料式混凝土攪拌車在工作中，油門一直要保持穩定。一般作業狀態下，油門開啟度在百分之七十上下為宜。

三離：在自上料式混凝土攪拌車工作時，腳底板應該和剎車踏板分離開，平放進駕駛室路面上，不能踩在剎車踏板上。自上料式混凝土攪拌車經常在凸凹不平的工地工作，假如腳一直踩在剎車踏板上，機身上下竄動會導致司機不輕意地踩剎車踏板。一般狀況下，要用調節油門降速的方式控制機況和換檔。如此既防止了經常剎車導致剎車系統太熱，又為自上料式混凝土攪拌車快速的加速提供便捷。

Three separation: when the self loading concrete mixer is working, the sole plate should be separated from the brake pedal and placed flat on the cab road surface, not on the brake pedal. Since the loading concrete mixer often works in the uneven construction site, if the foot has been stepping on the brake pedal, the body up and down will cause the driver not to lightly step on the brake pedal. Four frequently: when the self loading concrete mixer is working, especially when digging, the bucket should be filled with material by turning the lifting and bucket control lever with the circulation system under the condition of stable throttle. The rotation of the circulation system of the lifting and rotating control lever is the so-called "diligence". This process is very critical and has a great impact on fuel consumption.

五協調：協調便是起升和轉斗操縱杠巧妙的相互配合。自上料式混凝土攪拌車一般的鏟挖流程首要是將鏟斗平放到路面，穩定地駛往料堆。在鏟斗持平鏟往料堆遇到阻力時，首要應遵照先起臂后收斗的標準。如此可以合理地防止鏟斗底端受到阻力，進而可以充分運用較大的掘起力。

Five coordination: coordination is the ingenious mutual cooperation of lifting and bucket control rods. 六禁止：首要是禁止車胎跑偏。自上料式混凝土攪拌車工作時，遇到阻力而猛給油門一般會發生車胎跑偏的狀況。這類狀況一般是因為司機實際操作不善導致的，既提升了耗油量又損害了車胎。此外是禁止后輪翹起來。因為自上料式混凝土攪拌車的掘起力大，司機一般在鏟挖堅實的原土和石料山等工作流程中，假如實際操作不善就非常容易發生兩后輪翹起來離地狀況。這類翹起來動作的落地慣性，會導致鏟斗的刃板破裂、鏟斗變形；后輪翹起來很高時還非常容易造成前后機架等構造的電焊焊接處裂開，乃至板材破裂等。第三是禁止碰撞料堆。鏟挖普通材料，自動上料攪拌車可以用II檔工作，禁止以II檔以上的檔位向料堆開展慣性沖擊。合理的方式應該是鏟斗在接近料堆時適時地把檔位轉換為I檔完成一個鏟料流程

Six prohibitions: the first is to prohibit tire deviation. When the concrete mixer truck is working, when it encounters resistance and gives the accelerator suddenly, the tire will run off. This kind of situation is generally caused by the driver's poor operation, which not only increases the fuel consumption but also damages the tire. In addition, the rear wheels must not be cocked up. When excavating common materials, the automatic loading mixer can work in gear II, and inertial impact to the material pile at the gear above II is prohibited. The reasonable way should be that when the bucket is close to the pile, it should timely change the gear to I gear to complete a shoveling process
